Policies 

We know that every event is unique, which is why we offer flexible payment options for our event management services. Secure your date(s) with a 30% non-refundable deposit. You can choose from paying in full with cash or check for a 10% discount, or we offer payment plan options. Digital payments are subject to a 5% fee.

No later than ten days before the event, we must receive the entire outstanding amount of the base consulting. If the event is held more than 50 miles away from Statesville the entire balance must be paid within ten days of the event or before travel for the event, whichever comes first.

Since our services are largely time and planning, we do our best to provide a refund policy that takes this into account. The client may cancel the agreement by giving written notice to the planner.  Any cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit for the event. Down-grading services or price adjustments once an agreement has been signed by both parties is at the discretion of the planner. In addition, there shall be no refund to any additional payments made as they will be considered payment for services rendered to date. If the planner elects to terminate this agreement, half of the deposit will be refunded to client within thirty days of notice of termination.

Our Travel Policy is comprehensive and ensures peace of mind. For distances between 50 and 250 miles, we require clients to provide a one-night accommodation and cover gas mileage according to the IRS's guidelines. For distances exceeding 250 miles, we require clients to provide two-night accommodation and airfare. For international travel or travel outside the contiguous US, we will develop a personalized quote for your specific needs.
